By accessing and using L2 application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
L2 is an automation platform that allows users to schedule and automatically publish content on Instagram and TikTok. The service uses secure API integrations with these platforms to manage your social media content publishing.
You must be at least 18 years old to use L2. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
As a user of L2, you agree to:

Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
Comply with Instagram and TikTok's terms of service and community guidelines
Be solely responsible for all content you publish through L2
Not use the service for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or harmful content
Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the service
You retain all ownership rights to the content you publish through L2. By using our service, you grant L2 a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and publish your content as directed by you for the purpose of providing the service.
You may not use L2 to publish:
Illegal content or content that promotes illegal activities
Copyrighted material without proper authorization
Hate speech, discriminatory content, or content that incites violence
Spam, misleading information, or deceptive content
Content that violates Instagram or TikTok platform policies
Sexually explicit content involving minors
L2 and all related software, technology, and materials are the intellectual property of the service provider. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
Your use of L2 is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your data as described in that policy. By using L2, you consent to our data practices.
We strive to maintain 24/7 service availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not responsible for:
Service interruptions caused by third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok)
Scheduled maintenance periods
Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
Changes to third-party APIs that affect functionality
L2 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for:
Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the service
Loss of data, content, or publishing opportunities
Actions taken by Instagram or TikTok against your accounts
Content published through the service
Third-party platform policy changes
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms of Service
You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
Your account poses a security risk
Required by law or third-party platform policies
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at leandrebg239@gmail.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Your continued use of L2 after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of L2 at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modifications or discontinuation of the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless L2 and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the service

Your violation of third-party rights
Content you publish through L2
Any disputes arising from these terms or use of L2 shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of applicable courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and L2 regarding use of the service.
